O3ds Gets an error code saying that "An error has occured forcing the software to close.", "The system will now restart".
OK, so, I got extremely excited that there was a new hack, so I didn't have to spend money on cubic ninja 3d, but when I tried to go onto the sound thing, and clicked on autoplay (cause I thought it would work easier), it would NOT work. If someone could help me out with this that would be great. I can get to the green screen after the red one, then the error occurs. Thanks again
Also I'm in the U.S.
I'm also having this problem and I have no Idea what's happening... maybe because of our version? I'm version 11.2.0-35U.
Thats a known issues. It's happen on a lot of 3ds and,for now, there's pretty no way to fix it. Keep trying and/or change your payload/otherapp.
I'm pretty sure autoplay doesn't work. Thanks for the report; I'll test it out on both systems when I get my O3DS.
ok thank you
Having the same issue (Although not from hitting autoplay) on an old 3ds 10.3.0-28E
I'm on version 11.1.0-34U on old 3ds and I'm having the same problem I did everything I was supposed to too.
Any idea what is causing this? I wouldn't mind give a hand testing the software. If we brick it we brick it. My O3DS was given to me so no big loss on my part. Though I would like to play it. :)
It is working consistently for me, however I set it up back in December when the Readme still said to generate the .m4a file. I haven't ran a "git pull" since setting it up so I should still be on whatever commit it was working in. Problem is, the dates in the "git log" are somewhat out of order, so I'm not sure if I want to trust it to give me the commit I'm actually on. If someone can help me figure that out, I'll post it here so someone can see if one of the changes since may have caused this bug.
I had the same issue I was 11.0.0-4U (Used cart Firmware, wifi on the device is busted)
To fix the issue I formatted the system memory. This resets the O3DS, but it did the trick and SoundHax worked perfectly. Hope this helps others with the issue.
I also know it doesn't help with the initial problem, but it's a solution to get people through.
I reformatted my o3ds and it still doesn't work for me. I followed every instruction carefully (twice too) and it just does not work. So basically my only option is to just buy a n3ds and hope for the best
I had the same thing happened to me but I fixed it somehow.Just keep on replacing the soundhax files and keep on trying to use soundhax and eventually it will work.
