Raspberry Pi install failure

After successfully running curl -s https://packagecloud.io/install/repositories/nedrysoft/pingnoo/script.deb.sh | sudo bash and receiving "The repository is setup! You can now install packages." sudo apt install pingnoo returns the following: E: Unable to locate package pingnoo

I have the same issue and tried to download package from homepacge but it don not either work.
