Emails sent to customer and manager are not RFC compliant

Reported by nialldouglas14, Mar 15, 2010 Unfortunately the email formats are fairly mangled and just happen to usually work by chance rather than by design. For the manager emails only HTML is provided and no text equivalent, while for the customer emails a MIME attachment is always sent which some email systems will strip out.

I note that spam trapping software reads such mangled emails are being much more likely to be spam. This needs fixing to ensure customer satisfaction.
