Data refresh on InfluxDB

I've setup the mqtt.conf file to work with my influxdb container. Aparently works well, reads the data and put into the influxdb database, but... instead of doing this every 30 seconds, it just pushes data every 10, 12, 16, or 20 minutes, it's really weird. Does anyone know what could be happening? what can i watch?
