Line height in firefox

I've got an issue with h1 line-height on firefox See codepen attached here

Firefox: (text is not vertically aligned on the background color)

Chrome: (text is aligned)

Any idea on how to resolve this? Tried with the 1.15 fix but didn't help.

I have the same issue.

It seems your Codepen link is something completely different (a number guessing game), so I created a bug reproduction here.
