Change introduced in #206 isn't documented.

In https://github.com/nebula-plugins/gradle-ospackage-plugin/issues/206 the requester asked to be able to specify user and permissionGroup for directories. This request was adopted and merged into the main branch.

But it isn't documented. It should be mentioned on https://github.com/nebula-plugins/gradle-ospackage-plugin/wiki/RPM-Plugin which bills itself as "full documentation on the plugin".
