Unable to determine the host name on this Windows instance

When starting a build, this message gets printed out, and if applied to multiple modules, it gets spammy. Is there a way to squelch this warning, or to fix it?

nebula.plugin.info.ci.UnknownContinuousIntegrationProvider#calculateHost must be failing - we'll likely both lower the severity of this warning and calculate the hostname once.
