[META] - Enhancing and refactoring testing procedures for Nebari (WIP)
Context
This meta-issue is focused on revamping Nebari’s testing framework to improve the reliability of the development process. It aims to thoroughly assess current testing practices, identify deficiencies, and strengthen the testing approach.
The plan includes a comprehensive analysis of existing tests, identifying critical user journeys, and providing adequate tools for contributors to facilitate local testing and validation.

Value and/or benefit
Our current testing infrastructure, while standard, has yet to keep pace with changes to our most recent structural changes, nor does it provide a satisfactory/reliable understanding of the different components within Nebari. This has led to a need for more confidence in the tested infrastructure. Enhancing our testing approach will address these issues, improve reliability and confidence in our infrastructure, and give us a better understanding of the current state of our test capabilities.

This issue is part of our current priority scoping board and is subject to change in the future.
@marcelovilla I will add more details to this as an organization bord for future issues/tasks. The general discussion will be held as part of an RFD with the same name.
@viniciusdc we should define what we need to do to get this RFD across the line.
