How is the speed of TorchFold compared to TF-Fold?

Given TF-Fold doesn't run or compile anymore with recent version of TF, I would say infinite time faster :)

But really, I didn't do the comparison - if TF-Fold worked for me in a first place, I probably wouldn't build this. If you have it running - please feel free to benchmark similar model and post results, I'll update posts/repo.

In generally, I would expect it be faster by at least 1.5x [just because of hopefully more optimal stitching of intermediate results for next batch). Though I'm think now with more advanced indexing in Torch, this code can be also optimized.
