Describe the bug Unable to connect with HERE wallet on testnet

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to wallet selector
  2. Select Here Wallet
  3. Scan QR code with mobile camera
  4. No link or data found

Expected behavior User should confirm on Here wallet the dapp connection

We had problems with the testnet version of the app. We have fixed them. If you need to test the integration on the testnet, make sure you have HERE Testnet installed using this link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/LwvGXAK8

Mainnet worked stably all this time, this problem was only in the testnet
