[Website] Allow for different FIAT currencies

Problem

When navigating on the wallet website (https://wallet.near.org/) the fiat currency is displayed in USD/$, it would be great to have the option to select another currency (for instance, Euro/€).

This is a matter of getting either the conversion USD->FIAT or getting the current NEAR value directly from coingecko (or whatever provider is used) in the user's preferred currency.

Add the currency option EUR/USD/JYP/etc. by the language switcher on the top-right navbar.

I would support the idea of having the ability to display the wallet amount in Euros. I am currently working on translating the wallet into Italiano and it would be great if the wallet could be denominated in Euros as well.
