Blocks page: diff between receipts lists is not intuitive

The blocks page has 2 sections: Receipts included in this block Receipts executed in this block

It's not intuitive what's the difference. Let's add the explanation somewhere?

@telezhnaya In some cases there can be receipts that are not executed in this block but it the next one. We tried to display in on the same page (with statuses or something like that) but we can't because of UI (there was no possibility to display it in a nice way). So we decided to go this way: display two lists of receipts (included and executed in this block).

We decided to leave it as is at least before we finish our new design and add better UX/UI there. I hope this issue will be autoresolved after revamp

@telezhnaya Basically, those are receipts and execution outcomes. We have not put too much effort into making that page clear to the end-users since it seems it is rarely viewed. Yet, we decided to display the raw data as is for chain devs.
