typo and outdated doc links

Description

• Typo, should this be balance instead of balace? https://github.com/near/near-explorer/blob/master/frontend/src/translations/en/common.json#L369

• Link to doc seems outdated https://github.com/near/near-explorer/blob/master/frontend/src/components/accounts/AccountDetails.tsx#L154 (also appears multiple times in the same page)

Would have raised a pr but not entirely sure what url to use for the doc link.
