Nodes page uses excessive amount of network traffic

When I open https://explorer.near.org/nodes/validators and let it run for 10 minutes I observe that it actually transferred 100MB of traffic. That is due to the fact that we send the whole validation nodes list with all the details every second or so. This should be optimized on the design level (the landing page could also benefit from optimizations).

@luixo I actually only wanted to mention you (not assign). I just want you to be aware of this problem, so I am dumping more and more of the issues that I previously kept in the back of my mind wishlist to fix.
