Show NEP141 Fungible Token Metadata

Story

As a NEAR user who uses or owns fungible token, I want to see token metadata on explorer so I can understand the status of the token easily.

The example is showing the metadata of ERC20 token in etherscan: https://etherscan.io/token/0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206994597c13d831ec7

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] User can see NEP141 fungible token metadata in explorer
• [ ] The UI is mobile compatible
