Charts & Stats page needs design

Currently, the page is just a list of charts. The page will grow, and ideally, we want to have some structure and navigation there. Meanwhile, this page is too valuable to hide, so we display it as is.

@corwinharrell there are currently two other pages that are in the redesign queue, which have higher priority: #370 (Validators Dashboard is sitting there half-baked, so I strongly believe we should finish it before jumping into something new) and #512 (Transaction details page will have receipts with execution results and logs on it soon, so we might want to revisit its design)
