Introduce logging collection for incidents analysis

Story

As an Explorer developer who investigates issues, I want to have access to the history of the events so I can fix the incident faster and reliably.

As an example, we don't have a clue why #260 happened.

  • [ ] The logging infrastructure is set for the backend
  • [ ] The logging infrastructure is set for the server-side frontend
  • [ ] The logging infrastructure is set for the client-side frontend
  • [ ] The logging infrastructure is not intrusive
  • [ ] The logged data is helpful
