[DOC] Move away from "test using CLI" to "test using workspaces"

Our NFT tutorial asks the users to test each step using the CLI. It would be much better to use the chance to explain proper workspaces testing.

I suspect this might be repeated in other tutorials, since many were created before workspaces was a thing.
