Whitelist contract on testnet

I've found out that the whitelist contract on mainnet is deployed under lockup-whitelist.near and it seems to be returning response that match with the list of validators available on the explorer here https://explorer.near.org/nodes/validators

I'm trying to find if there is the same contract deployed on testnet but sadly it seems I can't locate it. I've found whitelist.testnet but it doesn't seems to have data matching the testnet validators link https://explorer.testnet.near.org/nodes/validators - anyone able to point me in the right direction?
