VS Code Penumbra Dark Contrast ++ No Color contrast in settings with dropdowns or input fields.

When using any of the penumbra themes, they do not have any contrast between dropdowns or input fields in the VS code settings as seen in image attached. The second screenshot will be with another theme GitHub Dark Default. Ideally These fields would have contrast. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if this was intentional. If it was intentional I am curious as to why?

Also I would like to add that files included in a .gitignore file are not greyed out like they are with other themes. Shifting through other themes it would appear this is probably an easy fix, as the text color you use for the explorer is the same for all fonts I would guess.

Also is there some kind of documentation where it VS Code tells you what each color controls? I would be more than happy to take a look at this and try to fix it myself and submit a pull request, when I get it done.
