Show all user's comments on games

We've got many great commenters on GoKibitz: conradchaffee requested the ability to see all of a user's comments somewhere on the site. If you go to a user's page you can see their most recent comments.

We could:

• Make the comment history searchable
• Make the whole history reachable
• Improve where it's located and/or how it's displayed

I think that this requirement would be fulfilled if the profile page of each user had a "games commented" list (that could be displayed much like the one under the main "Kifu" separator). That would merge this issue with the request in issue #124 , by the way.

Searching for individual comment content seems to be a bit meaningless out of the context of their respective games. I believe that people that enjoy a specific commenter want to be able to find games commented by him, rather than isolated comments from him containing substrings (not saying that that wouldn't be useful, but definitely less useful)
