Reload broken resource packs prompt

Describe the feature

Vanilla faults when loading some resourcepacks (deeply nested conditionals). This unselects those resourcepacks. However, if they get reselected they can sometimes be loaded aside from those deep conditionals. Add a button prompt after such a resourcepack loading fault to reload those packs again.
