Add old skyblock menu

Describe the feature

Add an option to have the old skyblock menu like in 1.8 with NEU. Mainly direct access to trades and bags. This option requires a booster cookie for all buttons to work as some commands need a booster cookie to work.

Maybe expanding on this: The ability to but /firm buttons in the skyblock menu as well (buttons for running arbitrary commands). After that I might as well add a preset that loads the old style of skyblock menu. Those two sort of require the same capabilities and one of them has been planned for a while now.
