Some items can't be grabbed out of the item list, specifically ones that are bundled with "vanilla" enchantments

Bug Description

To reproduce, install Firmament and its dependencies on 1.21.5, enable cheating mode in REI, then note that it won't let you grab certain items. So far, I've seen this happen with: Rookie Axe, Stonk, Titanium Pickaxe. This seems to affect items that come with vanilla enchantments, due to broken tags. This is a CRITICAL bug because of crashes.

Sometimes, including if you reduce the column limit in REI or shrink the window size enough, it will let you grab it, but the game crashes when placing the item in the inventory: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Tags not bound

??????? Why are you grabbing custom items using cheat mod? I think if anything this is an issue with REI but probs not. I don't think we will every do anything to fix this because you shouldn't be using cheats mod

This "cheating mode" is to grab the items out of the list in creative mode, but it's only being used in my local item test room.
