No worky with Notepad++ v.7.7.1

I installed the latest plugin release to my plugins directory per the instructions and I see no difference in Notepad++. No button on toolbar, no submenu in Plugins menu, etc...its as though I never installed it.

Confirmed on 7.6.4: no button showing up, no submenu etc. Find the solution in #100.

Works fine for me with 64-bit NP++. Installed plugin with Plugin Admin.

Markdown Viewer 0.8.2 continues to work, now with Notepad++ v7.8.5 and 7.8.6 (64-bit).

This issue should be closed.
