Large album art displays in low resolution

From what I can tell, the large album art view shows the art in the proper size image control, but the art itself is very pixelated. I'd guess that it's the same resolution as the smaller album art, but just stretched.

I don't have a screenshot because I was forced to uninstall due to battery use issues, but I have high hopes for this app!
