Make haskell.org/hoogle redirect to hoogle.haskell.org

After the release, when things are at "feature parity" or thereabouts.

This would be really nice. I point people to Hoogle, they say it doesn't find what they were looking for, and then it turns out that they went to the old Hoogle.
