Add Unit Tests for Caterpillar Game and Game Design Classes

Description

The purpose of the pull request is enhancing the "Caterpillar_Game" project adding unit tests to verify that some of the functionalities works as expected, to demonstrate the effectiveness of these unit tests, I add a screenshot of the status of the test.
