Can NOVOPlasty be used to assembly nuclear gene?

I need to assembly a nuclear gene, so I tried NOVOPlasty, but the result file only shows some contigs, such as contigs_tmp_project.txt and Contigs_1_project.fasta and which may means the assembly quality is poor. So, I want to figure out whether someone had faced the same problem with me.

You can try with extended log set to 1 and send me that file But if you try a nuclear gene, it will never circularise, so will only give a Contigs_1_project.fasta file how long did it assemble
