only small contig

Hallo,

I tried to reassemble a plastome but it gave me three contigs which are rather small. Do you have any ideas on how to improve the assembly? I took the plastome of a very closely related species as a reference. log_Adrian.txt config.txt

Hi, I would add a insert size, although doesn't have to be accurate, just put 300. I would also recommend to download the latest version 3.7.2 and to use a different seed, not just a complete chloroplast (try the RUBP gene seed I added on the github page)
