How to link those contigs into a circle by manul

Hi， I'm trying to assemble a chloroplast genome by using NOVOPlasty, but it didn't merge those contigs automatically. Can you help me to know how to merge those contigs ? Thanks very much!

Hi, it means the assembly did not circularise. But you should get a contigs file no? But I would recommend to use the latest version, you are using a very old one If you download the new one, make sure to also use the new config file
