Pre-Defined Skeletons, Animation Presets

This is more a feature request than an issue.

On a friends computer I saw this adobe animation tool and he has a simple character rig with predefined walk cycles.

The idea is a tool to mark foot, hips, knees etc. then you can apply motion blocks / motion presets to it so you don't have to always create a walk cycle from scratch. You could then also store the animations and share it, for example with contributing on Github.

Just an wish/idea, maybe there are some good tools or workflows out there, let me know.

I am motivated to pay some money for a feature like this, maybe others too (if yes, we could open a bounty on bountysource.
