Support for Godot 3.1

Is there already support for Godot 3.1 new Stable release?

If you check out #108 there is support for Godot 3 in the branch mentioned there. It doesn't support any of the new 3.1 features, though, like mesh deformation. Godot is working on their own Blender exporter addon, and I'm hoping it'll support COA tools, but I haven't gotten any confirmation on that or any real reason to believe it to be so and as such wouldn't recommend counting on it. I asked them about it here: https://github.com/godotengine/godot-blender-exporter/issues/184 so you can sub to that if you're interested in what their response is

Right now I will not support godot directly. COA Tools has a pretty good Dragonbones export and will get creature export in the future which I look into right now. As I need creature export at work.

Hi. Will be very useful to export COA animations straight to Godot without the need for 3rd party software import-export.
