[Feature Request]: Allow lite builtin gamepad to be used in 2 player games

Feature Description

Expose switch lites integrated gamepad as a paired gamepad on BT to allow in local mutiplayer. Maybe a toggle, depending what's easier to implement.

Rationale

Right now playing multiplayer games on switch lite is really inconvenient as it does not allow to use internal gamepad. Im sure there could be a mapping setting to allow using system gamepad as one of four seats in local play. This in conjunction with sysDVR and sysdvr client in android+ gamepad phonegrip attached to android phone would allow to play local multiplayer games where both users have their own screen and a gamepad making it awesome experience for portable local multiplayer games.
