Mission Control doesn't officially support USB wired connections currently. It may work with sys-con already though.

That said, Mission Control has unreleased test builds supporting USB available on my discord server. The other 8bitdo Ultimate 2C controller are already supported, so it's probably just a matter of adding the vendor/product ID to the list. The product ID you supplied is incorrect. It should be only 4 digits and I would expect it to be in the 0x3000 range like the others.
