music stops when going to settings

Right now whatever music plays is stopped when transitioning to a different state. Since we don't have any music assigned to the "settings" menus, you go to settings in silence.

As a first step we could keep the main menu music running while the settings are changing.

I don't know whether we need any specific settings-music.
