gui library: find a stable one or factor ours out into its own lib

Before we spend hours upon hours on writing our own widget code perhaps someone has already written something useful for Lua/Löve.

If not, or if we don't want to use an external library for other reasons, we could/should separate the gui code from the specifics of this game and possibly set up a separate project.
