some "broken tv set" sounds

With quite a few of these effects, we are getting some kind of "broken tv set" (or radar screen, or something like that) vibe.

It would be cool to have some (more?) sound effects along those lines.

We could then also take the idea to the next level and add yet more graphical effects.

Maybe some inspiration for the background story (#18)?

I listened to the sounds, not specifically with this in mind, but generally (so I have a basic idea).

I guess I should clarify that it is not so much about the TV part (in which you can occasionally hear parts of TV being played), but the general noise that you hear when you fiddle with the reception of many antenna-based systems, such as broadcast radio, tv and what you would have in a military-style radio/video receivers (you sort of look for a good signal, start to see a good picture, maybe overcompensate to go back to more static noise, etc., and finally you adjust to get a fairly clear picture and sound)
