Cannot install 4.23 from marketplace on Mac OS

Not sure if this is an issue with other versions, but 4.23 won't install from marketplace on Mac OS 10.14.5. I have confirmed this with several coworkers. I tried installing manually but cloning from the repo seems to only supply 4.24. Is there any way I can manually install 4.23, or can anyone confirm that this is a widespread issue for Mac OS?

We didn't pass Unreal.js Marketplace upload because version 4.23 required build configuration changes for Mac and Linux versions. https://github.com/ncsoft/Unreal.js-core/issues/53#issuecomment-583704093

The Mac version 4.24 has been updated in the Marketplace.

The install to engine doesn't trigger the install through the Epic Games Launcher app.
