refresh preferences when .editorconfig file is saved

Is this to detect when .editorconfig was modified outside Eclipse? Currently the .editorconfig settings are reread whenever an editor is opened or gains focus.

Thanks for your info

I tell me it should be better to update eclipse preferences only when it need

  • when project is opened
  • when .editorconfig file is mofified

But perhaps I'm wrong
