Support duration/elapsed time

Hi, Your plugin is awesome, works flawlessly on iOS. I would like to ask for an enhancement to be able to get the duration (the elapsed time since the start of streaming) of the currently streaming audio. Thank you and all the best

We don't use streaming audio so I won't be making this change.

We are open to pull requests!
