Update opendatafrance geocoder api endpoints

The api moved from https://api-adresse.data.gouv.fr to the "IGN Geoplateforme", see here. The api remains the same (iso fonctionnel).

Cool, thanks :+1: For your info the old endpoints still works and are planned to work till january 2026. So no need to rush if you had other plans.

Hello there, just a reminder that the old API endpoint will shutdown in less than 4 months. If possible, it'd be nice to consider this PR for merge.
