GCP Labels

I would like to have the GCP Labels to the JSON reports. If the labels are included, I can let my users add and change projects components. By adding the appropriate labels, I can tell what their intentions were for the project with out having to reach out to them. This will allow me to ensure the the correct security practices were taken without having to track dow the user.

Tags are already included for AWS, so I have an ability to do this already

I haven't looked at azure, but having a similar feature there would be helpful as well.
