Scoutsuite installation error - Failing SSL verification

I am trying to install scoutsuite on windows 10 using Mobaxterm (Cygwin) and python version 3.6.15

I have tried using both the methods for installation (via PIP and via GIT) specified in the wiki article.

When using the PIP method, I get the ReadTimeout Error when installing scoutsuite through PIP

When using the GIT method, I get an SSL verification failed error message.

Can someone please help ?

Hi @uskwarrior, are you able to download any other Python packages? If not, this could be a TLS misconfiguration on your machine instead. We also don't support Python 3.6.
