Minor terminology change for CMKs

For the vulnerability check "KMS Customer Master Keys (CMKs) with Rotation Disabled" the wrong terminology is used in both the title, description, and remediation.

"Customer Master Keys" should now be replaced with "Customer Managed Keys"

This note now appears in the developer guide for AWS KMS keys: "AWS KMS is replacing the term customer master key (CMK) with AWS KMS key and KMS key. The concept has not changed. To prevent breaking changes, AWS KMS is keeping some variations of this term."
