In order to get CECSTeR up and running there are a number of dependencies:

  • Python - http://www.python.org/getit/
  • wxPython - http://www.wxpython.org/download.php#stable
  • Pyserial - http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyserial

You will also need:

  • RainShadow Tech USB-CEC bridge - http://rainshadowtech.com/default_files/HDMICECUSB.htm

Usage: CECSTeR.py <COM port>
