group.by ordering for visualizations

Per previous discussion #354

As of now, scRepertoire does not offer a method to define the order of grouping variables (defined by group.by) across any function (that I am aware of). Will need to

  • develop an internal call for reordering
  • Add call, parameter, and documentation
  • Add unit tests
  • Add this to the FAQ portion of the site.
