Output files desctiption

Hello,

I found some details about output in your article: "The TPMCalculator output is comprised of five files per sample reporting the TPM values and raw read counts for genes, transcripts, exons and introns." In my case the TPMCalculator generated three files: _genes.uni, _genes.out and _genes.ent. I found most of the values in the _genes.out file, but there are two other files. What are they need for? Could you give a more detailed description of the TPMCalculator output, please.
