Update Approval year for Naphazoline Using Stitcher API

Current approval year shows 1972 based on an ANDA ... it should show 1942 [Privine by Ciba] based on multiple refs. Original mistake was introduced by bad parsing of Pharm Manu Encyc

Apparently, it might be more of a case of ignoring the data we have --- will follow up
