2019-02-22 Add new compounds into Inxight Drugs ... have a page come up, even if there is no UNII

UPDATE 02/26:
Can use G-SRS API and an existing data model for that.

  1. Prerequisites:
    1. A name (or names)
    2. A reference (or references)
    3. Some identifier to use as a code
    4. [optional] structure / sequence / properties
  2. Make a JSON message for each substance
  3. Push JSON to the running instance as new records
Do we really need to do it though?

RCAP (Rancho DB) and DrugBank and others contain substances not in GSRS. Obviously it would be best to register these into GSRS

In the interim, can we still support searches and have a page come up at drugs.ncats.io for such orphaned or non-GSRS-linked entries?
